Google Video gets a video stabilization feature

Added: 23.04.2017
Google Photos application for Android has a video stabilization feature. It allows you to improve the quality of footage, removing the “trembling hands” effect.
In order to use the new function, just open the movie, go to the editing mode and click "Stabilize" at the bottom of the screen.
Image stabilization is performed on a frame-by-frame basis. The length of this process depends on the duration of the video, resolution, frame rate and smartphone performance.
Google Photos slightly cuts and deforms the video so as to keep the object stationary to achieve such an effect. In most videos this works without any problems. However, in some cases, after processing, there may be a noticeable deformation of the video.
